GOOI.co.za provides its services online subject to the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions are made on behalf of In-Detail Advertising cc trading online as GOOI.co.za.

PAYMENT METHODS
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
At the time of purchasing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank for a payment request for the amount of the order. Goods are only dispatched to the customer on receipt of funds in the merchant’s bank account from the acquiring bank, First national Bank. Note that to protect its own and the interests of customers, Gooi.co.za will carefully scrutinize all transactions to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refunded to the credit card concerned if Gooi.co.za is not satisfied with its legitimacy. We will never refund a payment make from a credit card to a bank account.
CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Gooi.co.za via MyGate Communications who are an approved payment gateway. MyGate Communications uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and NO credit card details are stored on the website.
MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important to Gooi.co.za and therefore any information you provide to us is stored on a secure server. The only personal information you supply Gooi.co.za is your personal particulars, physical and postal address and contact details. For payment details refer section on payments below. You agree however that Gooi.co.za may use your information to contact you about promotions and special offers. However, you are entitled, at any stage, to opt out of this service. Details for opting out will be included on each and every email.

PRICING POLICY
Prices seen online are prices negotiated with our suppliers. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations. The Delivery Charges will also be shown clearly online and invoiced together with the stock item purchased online. This is detailed on the invoice you will receive.
OWNERSHIP OF DATA
It is not Gooi.co.za’s business to sell personal information about individual members (such as name, address, email address, telephone or fax number) to third parties. Gooi.co.za does however reserve the right to disclose aggregated information regarding its members (such as member demographics) to, amongst others, advertisers and suppliers and is the owners of all data provided by members. Gooi.co.za may disclose personal information in response to a specific request by a law enforcement agency, subpoena, court order, or as otherwise required by law.
AMENDMENTS TO THESE CONDITIONS
Gooi.co.za may amend these conditions from time to time without notification to the user. By accessing this site users are bound to the version of the terms and conditions published at the time of any visit to this site and the user agrees to view the current version each time that the site is visited. The current version of these conditions will govern the respective rights and obligations of Gooi.co.za when the user accesses this site.
SECURITY POLICY

THIRD PARTY INFORMATION
Gooi.co.za use the services of other third party organisations to provide information on this site. Gooi.co.za has no control over the third party information and makes no representations or warranties of any nature as to the accuracy, appropriateness or correctness. Gooi.co.za will not be directly or indirectly liable for any damages that arise from the user’s reliance on it.
PAYMENT
Gooi.co.za utilizes the services of MyGate Communications, an authorized payment service provider company, for the debit of the total amount payable for the goods ordered against the authorised Credit Card supplied by you when completing the order. In order to conclude your purchase your Credit Card must be used on each purchase. These details are not stored for security reasons. Gooi.co.za's and MyGate Communications secure servers encrypt all Credit Card details so as to minimise the risk of unauthorised disclosure or interception. See our Security Policy for more information. By submitting your order and Credit Card details you warrant that you are authorised to make payment with the card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.
RETURNS POLICY
All products are sold with original warrantees from suppliers attached and return policies of individual suppliers will therefore apply. You or the person taking delivery can immediately reject any items delivered, mark the delivery note accordingly, and the returned or rejected items will be processed for credit and returned to the supplier. Gooi.co.za reserves the right to reject returns on the basis of acceptance on delivery. A refund for the item returned due to non acceptance on delivery will be credited to your Credit Card or an EFT will be made within four working days, after the return has been accepted by the supplier and a valid reason for return been authenticated.
The retrun of an item after the signed deliver acceptance is at the responsibility of the customer. On inspection of the product and discussion with the supplier, either a refund will be issued or a replacement product sent back to the customer.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery at the delivery address or to your agent appointed to accept delivery on your behalf, if for instance you should not be available to take delivery at the delivery address.
Until payment is received in full for any goods sold, ownership in the goods shall remain with Gooi.co.za and such goods shall be returned and/or surrendered to Gooi.co.za following receipt of a default notice from Gooi.co.za.
WARRANTIES
All products purchased online through Gooi.co.za have each suppliers personal warranties attached to each product. Each of the suppliers can be contacted through their respective call centres or customer care helpline. Gooi.co.za makes no representations or warranties regarding the functionality, and performance of each product and disclaims all liability in this regard. Warrantee enquiries therefore has to be sorted our directly with suppliers. It is however Gooi.co.za’s business philosophy to only contract with reputable and known suppliers giving, you our customers access to the leading brands and products at great prices.
ACCESS
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, if appropriate, and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, if appropriate. Gooi.co.za sells products to both children and adults, who can purchase products online through EFT or credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Gooi.co.za only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Gooi.co.za reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. Once you checkout in the order process the contract of sales is legally binding on your side, any cancellation by the buyer will be treated seriously as a breach of contract.
